Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) seeks a Part-Time 48-Hour DSP Mental Health Worker - Float to support adults in RTI’s 24-hour residential programs across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro. You will teach independent living skills, support mental health management, and help clients access community resources.
The role requires travel within the metro, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass mandatory background checks.

Part-Time Mental Health Worker - Community Residential Setting

Position Overview:
Mental Health Workers, operating in a Direct Support (DSP) capacity, provide direct support professional services and independent living skills training to the individuals we serve in our 24-hour residential programs. These programs serve the needs of individuals in a home setting that is managed by RTI. Our clients include those with a severe mental illness (SMI) health diagnosis and or traumatic brain injury (TBI) disability. This role reports to the Program manager and has no direct reports.
