Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee day-to-day management of pooled employer plans and client Sponsored 401k plans. This full-time, on-site role is preferably based in Florida and involves regular client contact, plan design consultation, and compliance tasks.

You will collaborate with clients, plan participants, and internal teams, ensuring accurate data, timely contributions, and proper plan setup. Knowledge of PrismHR and iSolved is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance testing.
• Knowledge of retirement plan laws, regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, plan participants, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration.
• Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration.
• Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider.
• Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans.
• Assist employees with retirement questions.
• Review data entry changes made to the payroll system.
• QC all changes.
• Assist terminated clients with plan transfers.
• Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions.
• Work with data processing team, Ben Reps or Implementation for client sponsored plan set up and SOP's on how to manage plan.
