OneDigital is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee day-to-day management of pooled employer plans and client Sponsored 401k plans. This full-time, on-site role is preferably based in Florida and involves regular client contact, plan design consultation, and compliance tasks.
You will collaborate with clients, plan participants, and internal teams, ensuring accurate data, timely contributions, and proper plan setup. Knowledge of PrismHR and iSolved is preferred.

A 401k Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration of a company’s 401k plan. This includes ensuring that all employees are enrolled in the plan, managing contributions from both the employer and employee side, and making sure that the investments offered through the plan are properly allocated and managed. In addition, the administration of 401k Client Sponsored Plans.
The Retirement Plan Administrator will oversee the day-to-day management of pooled employer plans (PEP) & client sponsored plans; including contributions, compliance testing, plan design consultation, and documentation. The role involves regular communication with clients, plan participants, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Attention to detail, a thorough understanding of retirement plan laws and regulations, and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time on-site role, preferably based in Florida.
Travel Required: 10%
