Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Retirement Services Implementation Specialist to establish and manage 401(k) retirement plans for new clients and for assets merged into the Insperity 401(k) Plan.

You will coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, HRIS/HCM) to ensure accurate plan setup, milestones, and data integrity, while handling client communications and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience related to retirement services or payroll is preferred.
• Understanding of retirement plans (particularly 401(k) plans) and payroll processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate large data files.
• Solid math aptitude.
• Experience with CRM, HRIS/HCM, recordkeeping, or similar databases is helpful.
• Strong critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establishes 401(k) retirement plans across Insperity systems, including recordkeeping and third-party apps.
• Manages client implementations, including employer match services, and ongoing servicing.
• Loads prior plan information into HCM and other systems; conducts quality reviews of plan setups.
• Resolves client and internal inquiries; maintains client milestones and status in systems.
• Partners with RS Technology to improve efficiency through automation and best practices.
• Supports SMBs during business structure or ownership changes to prevent interruptions to deductions.
