Insperity is hiring for a Retirement Services professional to establish and manage 401(k) plans for new clients and asset mergers. You will coordinate with HR, payroll, and system teams to ensure accurate plan setups and uninterrupted deductions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume environment. A strong foundation in retirement services and payroll is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five+ years’ experience related to retirement services or payroll is preferred.
• Understanding of retirement plans (particularly 401(k)) and payroll processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate large data files.
• Experience with CRM, HRIS/HCM, recordkeeping or similar databases is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes Insperity 401(k) retirement plans across Insperity systems, including HCM and 401(k) recordkeeping systems.
• Manages client implementations for the Insperity 401(k) Plan, including employer match calculation services and ongoing servicing.
• Loads prior plan information into HCM and other applicable systems.
• Conducts quality reviews of plan setups to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Researches and resolves escalated operational issues and inquiries related to 401(k) implementations.
