Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas in our Pittsburgh-area property. You will ensure rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and readiness for occupancy while supporting the guest experience with prompt service.

Typical duties include bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement, and responding to guest requests. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

About the opportunity

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms are prepared to high standards, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.

What you'll get to do

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to property standards
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• Good physical stamina and time management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently
