This position is located in Nancy, KY at the Lake Cumberland 4-H Camp under the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food and Environment. The 4-H Camp Director will lead program development, budgeting, and supervision for summer camp operations. Responsibilities include recruiting seasonal staff and ensuring daily camp management and safety standards.

On-site housing is available. The role requires a BA, 5+ years of related experience, and a strong work ethic with leadership skills to manage

Competenze

• BA required.
• 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.

Mansioni

• Oversee all camp programs and budgeting for Lake Cumberland 4-H Camp.
