Job summary

Washington State University Extension in Mason County seeks a 4-H Extension Coordinator to lead the 4-H Youth Development Program, manage volunteers, and drive community outreach and programming that serves youth beyond traditional clubs. You will coordinate events, transport equipment, and provide back-up administrative support to the Office Manager under direction of program faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; demonstrated work experience using these programs.
• Must have or obtain by time of hire a valid driver's license and meet driving standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work year-round outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Competency using electronic communication methods for extension education.
