Frederick County Virginia Government is seeking a 4-H Extension Educator to develop and deliver youth development programs in collaboration with Extension faculty, volunteers, and community partners. The role supports clubs, camps, school enrichment, and community outreach, including events and recognition programs.

The position requires a flexible work schedule to support youth programs, volunteer activities, camps, fairs, competitions, and community outreach events, including frequent evening and weekend work and occasional overnight assignments.
Requires light physical effort, including walking, sitting, bending, reaching, gripping, and occasionally handling materials up to 50 pounds. Requires the ability to work with written/computer data, operate equipment, and monitor surroundings.
Work is performed in a heated/air-conditioned office, school, community, camp, and outdoor settings, and may involve exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
