Job summary

Lamoille Valley Chevrolet in Hyde Park, Vermont is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our shop. This full-time role features a four-day work week with a three-day weekend every week, designed to give you time off without sacrificing earnings.

You’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles, with an emphasis on Chevrolet/GM experience but open to solid automotive backgrounds. We offer competitive pay and opportunities to grow through company-paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• ASE and Chevrolet certifications are a strong plus.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems.
• Coordinate with service advisors to keep timelines and inform customers.
• Maintain repair records and meet productivity standards.
