Carbon Health seeks a Primary Care Physician in Berkeley, CA to join a nationwide network. You will provide patient‑centered care within a collaborative team using AI-powered EHR tools.

Expect a 4‑day work week, no on‑call, no weekend work, and holidays off to support work‑life balance. The role includes leading a team of MAs/clinical staff, supervising PAs/NPs, and managing a patient panel focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed to practice in your state (or eligible).
• BLS certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services (Pap smears).
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support.
