Job summary

Integrity Staffing Group is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for the Tulsa area. This role involves writing CNC programs with Mazatrol and ESPRIT CAM, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts meet tolerances and production deadlines.

You will work a four-day week on first shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), collaborate with machinists and engineers, and grow with a stable team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Write CNC programs using Mazatrol, ESPRIT CAM, and manual programming methods.
• Develop programs meeting blueprint tolerances, quality standards, and production deadlines.
• Optimize machining efficiency and improve part consistency.
• Apply operational knowledge of assigned NC machines for reliable production.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify part accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams with high accuracy.
