Job summary

WM is seeking a Shred-it Route Driver to provide high levels of service for clients, transporting and destroying confidential documents in a compliant and secure manner. The role includes loading, unloading, securing cargo, and maintaining accurate records of materials collected across assigned routes.

The position requires at least 3 years of driving experience with box trucks, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform pre/post-trip checks while adhering to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in driving box trucks and route management.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information.
• Operates route to ensure timely and accurate collection of materials.
• Load/unload delivery vehicle and secure cargo per policy.
• Complete DOT logs when applicable and maintain safety standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain security of materials.
