Phoenix Tailings is seeking a driven and accountable Shift Supervisor to lead shift operations in our Burlington production facility. In this critical role, you’ll ensure that our 24/7 metal production runs safely, efficiently, and at the cutting edge of innovation. You’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering the rare earth and critical metals that underpin the world’s transition to clean energy and advanced technology.
This role follows a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week overnight and receive night shift pay differential.
