Job summary

PELLA CORPORATION in Ohio seeks a General Assembly Operator to join an assembly team building windows and doors. The role involves performing multiple tasks across the shift and rotating to different duties as needed.

The 3rd shift runs from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday–Friday, with a $2 shift differential on top of $20.70 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, work well in a team, and comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team and communicate clearly.
• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment tests.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with varying physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform repetitive tasks and rotate to new tasks each shift.
• Operate equipment/tools per production orders and maintain quality.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety and production standards.
