Kewaunee Fabrications, an Oshkosh Corporation company, is hiring motivated welders to join a stable, well-supported team. If you have MIG or TIG welding skills and can work with steel or aluminum, this is your opportunity to contribute to high-quality fabrication.

Shift is 3rd with Sunday-Thursday nights, offering paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with company match, pension, PTO, holidays, stock purchase, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication and welding.
• Basic blueprint reading and mechanical skills.
• Experience with at least one welding process and ability to obtain AWS D1.1 certification.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to perform cleaning, grinding, and weld prep work.

Responsabilités

• Weld steel and/or aluminum parts per blueprints using MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SMAW processes.
• Use fixtures to position components and control distortion.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and deburring as needed.
• Complete required job paperwork and labor documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform self-inspections and adhere to quality standards.
• Support preventative maintenance and assist coworkers as needed.
