Job summary

Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a Welder for the 3rd shift in Meadville, PA. The role involves selecting welding materials, preparing surfaces, and interpreting complex blueprints to produce high-quality parts. • Measure, compute, and document dimensions and tolerances.
• Determine appropriate welding techniques and best practices.
• Inspect and verify quality of completed parts.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Think critically and solve problems independently.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
