Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

The Job:

As a Distribution Center Team Leader, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to manually load and unload materials, stack and wrap pallets, sort materials, and perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also get to:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required by the department.
