You will train new staff, communicate shift expectations, and sustain positive employee relations while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in supervisory capacity; three years related to a production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly associates on receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and policy compliance across shifts.
• Perform daily inventory counts and balance discrepancies.
• Provide training and orientation for new associates.
