Job summary

BPI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Nashville, TN. The role oversees warehouse inventory and associates, coordinating daily workflow to meet customer orders and company standards.

You will supervise the 1st and 2nd shift handoffs, conduct shift meetings, ensure training on picking routes, safety rules, and bpi processes. A associate degree in business and leadership experience in distribution are required; travel overnight may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow with 1st and 2nd shift supervisors to meet customer order requirements.
• Lead beginning shift meetings to align daily goals.
• Directly supervise warehouse associates.
• Ensure training on picking routes and bpi processes.
• Enforce safety and company policies and procedures.
• Document and resolve warehouse issues daily.
• Manage shift staffing and overtime as needed.
• Ensure timely loading, transfers, and route compliance into system.
