Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods in Eagan, MN is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for 3rd shift, with a two-week training on first/second shift. The role supervises daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordination of inbound/outbound shipments using PLEX, with focus on safety, GMP, and food safety.

You will lead warehouse staff, schedule workflow, optimize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisor role in warehouse or food manufacturing.
• Minimum 2+ years of inventory control experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to drive a sit-down forklift and a box truck.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order staging.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, and SOPs.
• Lead warehouse staff with direction, guidance, training, and development.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer orders while optimizing inventory and reducing waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.
