Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new and current staff in driver check-in and SOPs.
• Ensure timely reporting and submission of required data.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documentation per SOPs and audits.
• Collaborate with department managers to meet customer needs.
• Provide actionable data and present to various levels of leadership.
• Oversee SAP shipping/receiving processes and floor operation training.
