Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related warehouse experience
• Team lead or supervisory experience managing 15+ associates
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tech
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and sanitation practices in warehouse ops

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas.
• Instruct and oversee proper execution of quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Coach and develop employees through PDPs and progressive feedback.
• Lead safety, quality, and shrink audits and document findings.
• Drive KPIs: safety, retention, productivity, budget and quality.
