TVH is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for 3rd shift in Olathe, KS. This full-time role supports our distribution center operations and requires leading a shift, planning workflow, and ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of distribution experience in a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience supervising, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and over 50 lbs occasionally (with team lifting or equipment for anything over 50 lbs).
• Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations or distribution metrics.

We're hiring multiple Warehouse Supervisors across various shifts to help lead our Olathe Distribution Center. As a supervisor, you'll be part of our supervisory team in Operations, working alongside leaders across the organization to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. If you like solving problems, building strong teams, and finding simple ways to make complex things work better, we'd love to talk to you.

Responsibilities
