Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate workload distribution with Operations Supervisor and manage WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site teams to resolve order issues.
• Interface with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
