Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse leadership (team lead or supervisor).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse and production operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain quality standards and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including forecasting and cost control.
• Monitor warehouse performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Troubleshoot production equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
