Job summary

CHS Inc. in Grandin, ND is seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker to join the sunflower packaging facility.

You will support daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, staging and packaging sunflower products, and inventory tracking, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods during overnight operations. This role requires at least 1 year in operations or production, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work safely in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Operations or Production Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a processing facility under supervision, ensuring quality and safety.
• Inspect and monitor equipment, adjust parameters to meet production targets.
• Support QA policies, sample tests, and interpret results.
• Maintain records and comply with regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Load and unload products from trucks and rail, move materials.
• Care for tools and complete training.
• Uphold safety culture and report hazards.
• Collaborate with coworkers to improve plant operations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
