Ferguson is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes safe, accurate, and dependable work with experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and product discounts. PIT certification training is provided.

Formación

• Overtime availability as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely per OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in housekeeping.
• Adhere to PPE and fall-protection requirements when required.
• Participate in team meetings and share concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
