Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Aurora, CO distribution center. This role focuses on safe, accurate picking and moving of products, operating PIT equipment, and meeting daily shipping goals.

Flexible overtime and reliability are essential. The position includes competitive pay ($22/hour base with incentive potential), PIT certification, health and retirement benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
