Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring for a DC Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator I on 3rd shift in Upper Marlboro, MD. The role involves picking, storing, and transacting using RF scanners, with a focus on safety and inventory integrity.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, vacation, paid holidays, and more. Prior PIT/forklift experience is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and overtime willingness
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Experience operating electric forklifts preferred
• Material handling equipment experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage
