Job summary

Kraft Heinz Dover Plant is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support production and customer shipments. You will safely operate forklifts, palletizers, stretch wrap equipment, and other warehouse machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

The role requires 3rd shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), overtime, and willingness to work weekends as dictated by the labor agreement. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to become certified to operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, palletizers, stretch wrap equipment, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, stage, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Transport finished goods from production areas to warehouse storage locations and shipping areas.
• Inspect products, pallets, labels, and packaging for damage or quality concerns and take appropriate action.
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Assist with inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
