Job summary

Badger Liquor is seeking a Warehouse Mechanic to keep conveyor systems and warehouse equipment operating safely and efficiently on the 3rd shift in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, weld and fabricate as needed, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

This hands-on role offers a stable overnight schedule with a three-day weekend every week and occasional travel to other Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with conveyors and warehouse equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyors and warehouse equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Replace and adjust conveyor components.
• Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Occasionally travel to other Wisconsin locations to support maintenance needs.
