Job summary

Valdese Weavers seeks a warehousing associate to stage materials from manufacturing to warehouse, and from warehouse to shipment. You will pull yarn, place incoming yarn in the correct locations, and operate in a high-noise environment with hearing protection and PIT equipment.

Responsibilities include scanning inventory, loading yarn, and maintaining accurate stock levels. This is a full-time role on the 2nd/3rd shift with safety standards per ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills; able to work with others.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan and adjust box or bin rows to create bins.
• Pull yarn required for main; locate in bins.
• Load yarn onto the truck for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
