Reliance, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support metals processing and distribution operations in Spring Hill, TN. The role involves moving inventory, pulling orders, stocking materials, and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet MVR requirements. Prior warehouse experience and the ability to obtain machine certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and be able to meet MVR criteria.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate required material handling and rigging equipment.
• Clear oral and written communication, legible handwriting.
• Basic measurement skills for length, width, height and weight, and basic math.

Responsabilités

• Move inventory or equipment and assist with filling customer orders.
• Unload incoming material and load trucks or customer vehicles.
• Receive and stock items, pull orders, and tag materials for identification.
• Operate forklifts, side loaders, or cranes as required and maintain clean work areas.
• Spot-check inventory and report irregularities to supervisor.
• Assist with local deliveries using non-DOT vehicle when needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
