Job summary

Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is seeking a warehouse lead to guide and train staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and help maintain smooth operations across shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year in a quality, lead, or training position, and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and basic computer experience with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed.
• Guide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated procedures.
• Ensure adherence to proper methods and safety standards while effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner.
• Address problems and conduct audits to identify issues, followed by providing constructive feedback to associates.
• Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example.
• Help oversee daily assigned area.
• Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards.
• Audit proactively to detect and solve problems.
• Ensure areas are ready for next shift i.e. all tasks completed, problem solve items solved.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at risk.
• Identify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Assist on the floor in other areas when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
