Job summary

Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI, is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate for four 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend every week. Starting at $21.50/hour plus a $1,000 retention bonus after 60 days, you will receive competitive pay and benefits.

You’ll receive on-the-job training, operate forklifts, use WMS handheld scanners, and help ensure accurate deliveries. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to become certified on company warehouse equipment.
• Successfully complete a post-offer physical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training and certification provided).
• Use handheld scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company quality, safety, and freshness standards.

What You'll Do
