WILBERT INC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Harrisburg, NC to support receiving, stocking, and shipping activities across multiple duties. Responsibilities include pulling tools and parts, staging orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires safe forklift operation, basic math and office software skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with teammates. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilidades

• Pull tools and fixtures for production and tool room.
• Return tools and fixtures to warehouse after use.
• Assist with pulling part orders and staging for shipping.
• Handle packaging and components and monitor packaging inventory.
• Place finished goods in warehouse and record inventory moves.
• Load trucks and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Unload shipments and document per procedures.
• Schedule trucks for shipments and run related reports.
• Scan materials, WIP and Finished Goods as they move through the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse inventory control and gate operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment; keep area clean and orderly.

Responsible for (depending on assigned role) receiving shipments, restocking orders, keeping track of inventory, shipping orders to customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space

Role and Responsibilities

WHEN ASSIGNED TO WAREHOUSE DUTIES:

• Pull tools and fixtures as needed for production and tool room.
• Put tools and fixtures away when returned to warehouse.
• Assist with pulling part orders from warehouse and stage for shipping.
• Pull packaging and components for production and coordinate inventory level of packaging.
• Put finished goods in warehouse and record moves for inventory accuracy.

WHEN ASSIGNED TO SHIPPING AND RECEIVING DUTIES:

• Pull part orders from warehouse and stage for shipping.
• Load trucks and complete appropriate paperwork for shipments
• Unload and warehouse items from trucks and complete documentation according to procedures

WHEN ASSIGNED TO SHIPPING CLERK DUTIES:

• Order trucks for shipments
• Run reports as needed to catch drop shipments

WHEN ASSIGNED TO GATEKEEPER DUTIES:

• Scan all materials, components, WIP and Finished Goods being removed from or added to warehouse
• Maintain control of inventory in and out of the warehouse by manning and controlling the Gate

APPLICABLE TO ALL ROLES:

• Perform inventory control functions within the warehouse
• Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for job task.
• Observe all safety requirements and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.

Preferred Skills

• Above average math skills
• Average proficiency in office systems software – word processing, spreadsheets, database
• Attention to detail and organization
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well with others with minimal supervision
• Ability to successful maneuver and operate a forklift truck
