GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Associates handle receiving, stocking, and shipping tires and wheels across store locations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, they maintain high productivity levels within the warehouse.

Essential Functions:

• Unload incoming deliveries.
• Store tires into inventory bins, clear unloading areas, and assist with stock management.
• Help route drivers with loading as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory in the WMS system.
• Ensure proper loading of tires/items onto trucks.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• No prior warehouse experience required but a plus.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to operate RF scanners after training.

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Perform bending, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Work in hot/cold environments and noisy conditions.
