Envision Greater Fond du Lac, Inc. is seeking a Valve Guide Restrike Setup and Operator for the 3rd shift in Fond du Lac, WI.

You will set up and operate restrike presses, steam treaters, and oil impregnators to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications. You will read production routers, monitor dimensions with inspection tools, perform first piece inspections, and maintain safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Formación

• Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED; 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and follow production routers and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Setup and operates valve guide restrike presses, steam treaters and oil impregnators.
• Monitors product specifications using inspection tools and records information as required.
• Read routers and production schedules for product specifications and tolerances.
• Performs first piece inspection and ensures conformance before release to downstream operators.
• Maintains safety, quality, and environmental policies and reports any incidents.
