Inpro in Muskego, WI is seeking an Extrusion Set-Up Tech for the 3rd shift to handle die changes, screw changes, and line set-ups. You will support operators, perform equipment maintenance, and help ensure products are manufactured to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, good communication, and a team-focused attitude, with the ability to manage priorities and maintain safety standards on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical ability or knowledge is preferred.
• Forklift certification to be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and shutdown extrusion lines for production.
• Operate machines within specified procedures.
• Assist operators and troubleshoot problems to ensure quality.
• Maintain tooling, extruders and downstream equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and departments to meet production needs.
