Masters Gallery Foods Inc. is seeking a Trim Coordinator at the Oostburg plant to coordinate trim usage across production lines and maintain data entry for trim consumption.

The role involves lifting up to 60 pounds and operating a stand-up forklift in a climate-controlled, smoke-free facility. Starting wage is $24.86 per hour with increases at 90 days to $26.25 and after one year to $26.71, plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all trim usage/disbursements to and from production lines.
• Process and maintain data entry of trim usage.
• Coordinate reclaim process and ensure correct disposition of trim types.
• Monitor trim and fish bait; ensure correct processing and labeling.
• Train employees on proper classification of trim products.
• Weigh, seal, and palletize barrels for process/shred.
• Operate a stand-up forklift and maintain safety in a noisy packaging area.

As a Trim Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all trim usage/disbursements to and from production lines. You will process and maintain data entry of trim usage. This position requires frequent lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.

But first, let’s talk pay! As you grow with Masters Gallery Foods, you'll receive wage increases at both 90 days and one year. Here’s the breakdown:

Starting wage: $24.86

After 90 days: $26.25

After 1 year: $26.71

Plus, this position qualifies for an additional $1.00 shift differential pay.

How You'll Help Drive Our Continued Success

• Remove barrels, verify correct cheese, and maintain cheese changeovers on Bar/Slice/Stick lines.
• Process and maintain data entry of trim usage.
• Coordinate reclaim process.
• Monitor process trim and verify correct disposition of all trim types.
• Monitor and process fish bait.
• Train employees on proper classification of trim product.
• Weigh, seal, and palletize any barrels for process and or shred.
• Operate a stand-up forklift.
• Ensure all process tubs and pans are emptied on shred lines and designated to the correct process barrels throughout the entire shift.
