Masters Gallery Foods in Oostburg, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse team member to help ensure the smooth flow of cheese products through our facility. You will be part of a high-performing team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor, supporting safe, efficient operations.

Starting wages begin at 25.67 per hour with increases at 90 days and one year, plus a 1.00 per hour shift differential. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a cool warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and following safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle overhead lifting.
• Comfortable in cool warehouse temperatures and reading safety rules.
• Strong communication and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming products.
• Verify finished products and organize inventory.
• Pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Load trucks and rotate orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Interact with truck drivers and complete shipping paperwork.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor, you'll help ensure the smooth flow of cheese products through our warehouse. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping us maintain our legacy of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products
• Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment
• Load trucks and ensure orders are correct and rotated properly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete all shipping paperwork
• Dependable attendance is essential to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring to the Table

• Willingness to learn and safely operate forklifts
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs., including overhead
• Comfortable working in cool warehouse temperatures
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
