Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 4CD Medical/Telemetry unit at St. Luke’s in Milwaukee. This full-time role covers a 3rd shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a 36-hour work week and every 3rd weekend.

The unit cares for a diverse mix of acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on coordinated, high-quality patient care. Applicants must have an accredited nursing program, an RN license for Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
