Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift, 36 hours per week, with every third weekend and holiday rotations. The role requires strong clinical judgment and teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, documenting accurately in EHR, and ensuring safety and ethical care across units as needed. BSN preferred; BLS required; WI or multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN license with privileges to practice in the applicable state(s).
• BLS certification; ongoing education as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Engages patients and families to support continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical patient care.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
