Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of related experience.
• Must be able to perform the required job tasks in the assigned department.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety rules and contributes to a safe work environment.
• Supervises approximately 15–20 employees in the department.
• Oversees training of new associates and initiates cross training.
• Responsible for variance reporting and making adjustments to negatives.
• Contributes to meeting manufacturing schedule and quality control checks.
