RIMA is looking for a 3rd Shift Supervisor who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and improving manufacturing operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide and develop production employees while helping ensure we meet our goals for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the performance of your assigned production areas, including safety, quality, productivity, scrap, rework, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. You’ll keep management informed of performance and challenges while taking an active role in developing solutions.

This position works in a light manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to machinery noise, fumes, and temperature variations. Employees are expected to follow all established safety procedures while working around operating equipment.
The position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds repetitively and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
Required PPE includes hearing protection and safety glasses, which are provided by RIMA, as well as employee-provided slip-resistant footwear.
