Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Stacker Operator for the 3rd shift to manage stacking sheets from the corrugator, including setup, operation, cleanup, and process improvements. You will relay adjustments, support the Corrugator crew, and ensure loads are tagged and counted accurately while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

The role requires reading tape measures, following factory masters, and applying standard production practices. Lift Truck Operator License may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to read factory master instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure quickly and accurately.
• Able to read corrugator lineups and production specs.
• Familiar with quality standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Relay messages promptly regarding adjustments.
• Assist Corrugator crew as assigned by supervisor.
• Back up Slitter Operator and Doublebacker when needed.
• Adhere to the production schedule and optimize as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety throughout operations.
