Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator I for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7am) in Landisville, PA. The role involves soldering components to assemble connectors, following blueprints and procedures, with emphasis on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has soldering experience, reads blueprints, and is comfortable with hand tools, basic computer skills, and working extended hours if needed. ITAR/EAR controls apply; U.S. citizenship or eligible status required.

Qualifications

• GED/high school diploma preferred.
• Technical/vocational training preferred.
• Soldering experience required or preferred.
• Proficient with small hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Soldirs and assembles connectors using soldering iron according to blueprints.
• Perform changeovers and setups per production schedule.
• Maintain quality checks and document results per procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow EH&S policies.
