Job summary

Tandem PV, Inc. is pursuing growth in scalable solar technology and is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join its Pilot Manufacturing facility.

You will work alongside engineers and technicians to develop and refine solar panel production processes, learning on the job and advancing technical skills. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and disciplined data reporting, with a schedule that includes the third shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, often while standing for long periods.
• Good attendance and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience running manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing tool.
• Run tests to see how different materials perform.
• Keep accurate notes on what worked and what didn’t.
• Keep workspace organized and equipment in good condition.
• Learn from experienced teammates and grow technical skills.
• Work the third shift from 9pm to 6am.
