Qualifications

• Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate or learn industrial slitting equipment.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic measurement skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and dependable attendance is essential.
• Candidates must be available to work the assigned third-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial slitting equipment according to established production requirements.
• Review work orders and follow applicable specifications to ensure materials are processed accurately.
• Measure and verify materials throughout production, inspect finished products for defects, and identify quality concerns.
• Monitor machine performance and report mechanical issues, equipment concerns, or production discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records as required and communicate relevant information to appropriate team members.
• Keep equipment and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Perform additional machine-operation and manufacturing duties as assigned.
